By accessing this website or using services provided by Handrail Tech Services, LLC (“Handrail,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service.
Services
We provide personalized technology assistance, troubleshooting, setup, and training for individuals, families, and small businesses. Services may be delivered remotely or in-person.
No Guarantee
Technology systems vary widely. While we provide professional support and best-effort assistance, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes, and we cannot guarantee permanent resolution of issues.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. For packages or ongoing support, payment terms will be provided before work begins.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Handrail is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to services is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual Property
All website content (text, layout, design elements, and branding) is owned by Handrail Tech Services, LLC and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Technology Services Disclaimer
Technology services involve inherent risks. By using our services, you acknowledge:
- Devices may have pre-existing issues
- Software or hardware failures can occur unexpectedly
- Updates may change settings or compatibility
- You are responsible for maintaining backups of important data
Handrail is not responsible for manufacturer defects, pre-existing damage, ISP outages, third-party service interruptions, or data loss due to hardware failure, malware, or circumstances outside our control.
We always work carefully and in your best interest — with clear communication and your approval before making significant changes.
